Project Homeless Connect is a one-day event service and resource fair for people who are at risk of or currently experiencing homelessness. The services provided aim to break down barriers to housing and self-sufficiency including housing, shelter, health care, legal aid, job readiness, food, behavioral health, pet services and more. Project Homeless Connect 2022 Fort Collins is on Friday, April 14 from 10am to 2pm at the Northside Aztlan Community Center. The annual event offers free services from nearly 40 local nonprofits, government agencies and businesses.
