Our Topeka team will be doing a clinic with Kansas State University veterinary students on Sunday, September 21 from 9am to 2pm (exact locale TBD) in unbridled collaboration with Topeka Rescue Mission, Valeo Behavioral Health, and Mobile Access Partnership (MAP). They will be providing free basic veterinary care to pets of people experiencing or at risk of experiencing homelessness. Services being offered include physical exams, vaccinations, parasite control, and more. Appointments required. To schedule, fill out the “Contact Us” form on the SDC Topeka webpage, email Topeka@thestreetdogcoalition.org, or text 785-260-7595. They will see walk-ups as time allows, but they strongly encourage appointments. Dogs should be on leashes and cats in carriers. Thank you!
