From 10am – 3pm on October 28th, the First Presbyterian Church is hosting a Health Care-a-Van event. Guests will be assigned a “health navigator” to help them navigate the different services available to them, including an informational table about SDC’s veterinary services.

Transportation will be provided and each guest who shows up to the event will receive a King Soopers Gift Card! They will also have the chance to win prizes by playing a game of BINGO with our service providers. (They can even get more gift cards by getting a flu shot and/or COVID vaccine!!)
